Need help with completing your SARS travel logbook?

How long does it take you to complete your logbook? Let’s do the math:

50 weeks travelled per year X 5 days per week X 2 minutes per day (very modest figure) = 500 minutes = 8 hours 20 minutes. That’s a full day’s work!!!

I sell sample logbooks for R250 each. If you earn less than R250 per day, this is probably not for you – you can take one of your weekend days to complete your logbook, instead of spending it at the beach! Alternatively, this is a very reasonable rate for an instant sample log book.

Each sample is very unique. All I need is a few details:

· start & ending mileage

· minimum & max mileage travel per day

· estimate of how much business mileage you need displayed

· leave days, if you wish to input it

I’ve included two samples below (March to May 2008) with the exact same data being used as inputs, to show the uniqueness of the data, with minimum travel 0 and max 110km.
